Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Intent.ai, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying leads and prospects. Your responsibilities will include market research, connecting with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and effectively communicating how our solutions can meet those needs in order to organize sales web calls and meetings. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in sales, working with a team of industry experts in a fast paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Profile strategic accounts by identifying decision-makers, obtaining business requirements and present solutions to start the sales cycle.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels to schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and other sales activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a seamless transition through the sales process.
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.

Requirements:

  • Good writing English; we are especially interested in people who deal with English on a daily basis: consuming media and literature, watching foreign YouTube channels, chatting, etc.
  • Ability to think "out of the box", attention to detail, literacy.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn. Otherwise, we need a quick learner.
  • Strong researching skills for creating engaging and captivating sales sequences.
  • High level of self-organization: ability to quickly switch between Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, other social networks, and messengers.

What will be an advantage:

  • Additional languages, especially French and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM, Excel, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo.io.
  • Consumer analysis and market segmentation skills.

Account Executive

Intent.ai partners with global telecom operators and gives advertisers a simple and powerful ad targeting platform with millions of anonymized subscriber profiles. Our solution enables media agencies to target ad campaigns with maximum accuracy.
Intent.ai is fast growing, well-funded and cash positive. We work with thousands of businesses across the world, leading telecom operators, media agencies and global advertisers such as Airtel Group, Ooredoo Group, T-Mobile, Ogilvy, Publicis and many more.

Help INTENT win new customers:

  • We currently operate in three markets: Nigeria, Tunisia and Armenia, and we plan to enter the US market in mid-2024 as well as Africa, Middle East and India. Our partnership team is planning to sign more telecom operators and the company is gearing up for the hypergrowth stage.
    As an Intent.ai Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing deals. You should be comfortable researching prospective customers and adapting sales strategies to meet their needs. You will also play an integral role in defining our sales model. You are an experienced salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CMOs, advertising and digital marketing leads, as well as media agencies decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth of Intent.ai by working through the entire sales cycle: prospecting > closing > account success.
  • Win and expand business with both advertisers and media agencies in Nigeria, Tunisia and soon in the US.
  • Track all client data in CRM (Hubspot).
  • Contribute to develop and refine our sales process.
  • Achieve sales quota and forecast weekly/monthly reports.
  • Identify and close quick, small wins whilst also managing longer complex sales cycles.
  • Team up with the SDR team to develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams to better focus customer-facing efforts.
  • Be the voice of the customer for the product team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the advertising industry as an AE with a track record of a top performer.
  • Previously closed sales deals in Africa, especially in Nigeria and/or Tunisia.
  • A self-starter who enjoys the challenge of a demanding and varied workflow.
  • Passionate about building human relationships and believe that a happy customer is our best evangelist.
  • Experience in developing sales pipelines and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to relate and influence decision-makers across different countries.
